Where Does Your Beef Come From?
Can you answer these questions about the beef you are feeding your family...
How old is it? Where did it come from? How was it raised? Is it fresh?
If you buy your beef from us - we can answer these questions for you!
All the beef we sell is guaranteed to be under 30 months of age so you are getting the youngest most tender product we can offer - not just some old cow!
The breeding of our cattle is either Angus, Charolais or Hereford influenced.
Your beef was probably born here - we probably saw it being born - but if it wasn't it came here in the fall at 550 lbs and under 6 months old.
Your beef - a steer or heifer - grew to 500 lbs or more on fresh green grass and its mother's milk. It was vaccinated to maintain its health at around 2 months of age. At weaning time it was given a booster vaccination and dewormed. Then it went into our feedlot where it received Barley and Sileage from October to May. In May it went back to green grass to get up to 850 lbs. Then the animal went into our finishing lot and that is your beef!

We are enrolled in the Verified Beef Program - this program is like an audit of our health, feeding and management practices - ensuring we are following the "Best Practices" for our program to go forward.

You can order your beef by the side, the quarter or the piece.
We can put together packages depending on your preferences.

We would also like you to know that all of our beef is aged a minimum of 21 days before it is cut - one more way we can ensure a beautiful tender product!

Steaks: Do you like your steaks 3/4" thick or 1" thick, bone in or bone out...

Hamburger: Our patties are made of 100% pure beef with no fillers - nothing added...
Hamburger patties - how many/package?
Hamburger packages - 1/2 lb, 1 lb, 1 1/2 lbs, 2 lbs
Everything Else:
Short Ribs - beef ribs with some meat left on them that are excellent slow cooked and bbq'd.
Soup Bones - like to make your own beef soup broth, simmer these and have soup!
Finger Bones - the tiny bones from the neck with meat on them, slow cooked with sweet and sour sauce are excellent!
Stew Meat or Souvlaki - cubed beef that you can take plain and turn into your favorite stew recipe or add Souvlaki sauce and let it become a wonderful appetizer or stir fry addition! Souvlaki comes in its special sauce!
Beef Bacon - didn't know you could get bacon from a cow? This special item cooked slow makes breakfast unforgettable! No grease - much leaner than pork!
Liver - sliced the way you like it!
